Elm, Realtors History:
CENTURY 21 Elm was founded in 1978 in Park Ridge Illinois by two brothers, Stino and Vince Milito. It is a family-owned real estate business with its roots deep in the Chicagoland communities which it serves. Stino and Vince joined the CENTURY 21® System within a couple of months of opening their doors to give them access to: National Advertising, High Quality of Training Programs, and National Referral Network. Since its founding, with just a handful of agents, CENTURY 21 Elm has grown fast and dramatically. Within 2 years of it's founding, CENTURY 21 Elm became the highest producing real estate office in Park Ridge Illinois ; then in 1984, CENTURY 21 Elm became the #1 CENTURY 21® System real estate office in the state of Illinois and has continued to maintain Superior Quality Service. From 1986 to 2011, it has been the recipient of the CENTURION® Award, which is the highest recognition for sales production the CENTURY 21® System gives to its offices. It also received the Presidents Award in 1996, this award is given for Superior Quality Service to a Centurion office. CENTURY 21 Elm has maintained the Quality Service Award from 1986 - 2011.

The quality people who are the CENTURY 21 Elm agents and their dedication to this work are the reasons the company has attained the level of success it has. They are familiar with the schools, transportation, recreational facilities and shopping areas which are important to potential real estate buyers. They have undertaken the training to make themselves knowledgeable and competent in real estate matters. But most importantly, they have the desire and the commitment to provide quality service to their clients.

1999 Advertising Tracking Study. This survey included 400 telephone interviews with a national random sample of adults who have bought or sold a home within the past two years or plan to purchase or sell a home within the next two years. The survey was conducted from February 11-14, 1999 and June 6-9, 1999 by Millward Brown, a leading research agency. Results from this survey have a 95% confidence interval of /- 4.9%
